Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of USA Raja Shorts/Reels Extractor (the "App") and this website, published by RAJ CREATIONS LLC ("we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License to use the App
A 1-day free trial is available with no purchase required. Purchasing a license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the App, tied to the computer it's activated on. You can move your license to a new computer through the App's release/reactivate flow, subject to a limit on how many times a license can be released.
Payment and Gumroad
Purchases are processed by Gumroad, our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record for your purchase — meaning Gumroad, not us, is the seller you're transacting with for billing and payment purposes. Gumroad handles your payment details directly; we never see or store your full card information.
Refund policy
Because the App can be tried free for 1 day before you spend anything, purchases are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund the duplicate charge — see our FAQ for details.
What you do with extracted content
The App accepts a link or file path to video content that you provide — including links to YouTube videos, Facebook videos, or video files stored on your own device — and extracts, transcribes, and re-edits portions of that content into new video clips ("Output Clips"). By submitting any link or file to the App, you represent and warrant that: (i) you own the underlying video, or you hold a valid license, permission, or other legal right sufficient to download, process, edit, and redistribute that video and any Output Clips derived from it; (ii) your use of the App with that content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity; and (iii) you will comply with the terms of service of any third-party platform (including YouTube and Facebook) from which the source content originates. We do not review, verify, or pre-screen the content you submit, and nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to content you do not already have the right to use. You are solely and fully responsible for how you obtain, process, and publish any content through the App.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RAJ CREATIONS LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) any breach of the warranty in "What you do with extracted content" above; (ii) any third-party claim that content you submitted to, or processed through, the App infringes that third party's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other proprietary right; or (iii) your use of the App in violation of these Terms or of any applicable law or third-party platform terms.
Intellectual property
The App itself — its software, design, and branding — is owned by RAJ CREATIONS LLC and licensed to you, not sold. Purchasing a license gives you the right to use the App as described above; it doesn't transfer ownership of the App to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to violate copyright or other intellectual property rights, not to attempt to circumvent its license/activation system, and not to reverse-engineer or resell the App itself.
No guarantee of results
The App is a tool to help identify and cut moments from video. We don't guarantee any particular outcome, view count, or performance for content you create or publish using it.
Warranty disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where such a disclaimer isn't permitted by applicable law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
If we make a material change to these Terms, we will update the effective date above.
